MTN mawaza network

I'm so disgusted by MTN, it's been two weeks now without internet connection, but yet they the 1st ones to debit my account. The 135 line ****es me off. Their mawaza champions are so ***********.. can this business pls reimburse me for the extra data I had to buy so that my kids can do their online classes and take back their sgubu that is of no use. Damn. :( :( :( :( :(
