Mtn Maverick ********* staff

I'm very disappointed in the service that was given to me and my wife by the consultant that continously **** just to make a few sales out of us, I went to the mtn maverick store and I have asked Marthinus Coetzee that assisted us if I take out the 2 cellphone contracts and 2 routers, before taking out the contract we told him that we are on telkom and we specifically asked him if our telkom contracts come to an end and we move it over to prepaid can we have our contracts moved over to our telkom numbers when we port it to mtn and he said yes I can do that and went ahead to take out the contracts because we trusted the consultant and Did not think we will be misled just, we have also taken 2 routers and is still not working, we are literally paying for the 2 routers that's not benefiting us in any way now after messaging him he is now giving us a different story and is nothing to do about the lies that was told to us and just focus on telling me if I port I can't port back after 3 months, I have nothing to do with that I want him to fix the problem he created please.
