MTN Matlakala Tefu - Taking Funds for cancelled contract

Poor service when I wanted to cancel my contract after the expiry date. I was told I have to call on a specific day to cancel my contact. I called and only part of the contract was cancelled. I lodged complaint via email and received response from Matlakala Tefu. I rep**** to the mail and never received a response. I have now been paying for the cancelled contract since July. I tried cancelling the contract at Tygervalley MTN store and was rudely told that you can only cancel when you contact the call centre which was what I did. No response and no refund for the fees being deducted and I still cant cancel the contract. HELP!!!!
