i am disgusted with MTN. I took out a contract 2weeks ago and till today im awaiting for my contract to go active. They lost my phone number in the process of doing a port. I have no way of communicating using my cellphone number . the MTN simcards we were provided does not work but I received the devices. So now we just hearing its been escalated escalated. How pathetic moving from telkom **** service to MTN even worse **** service. I requested a manager to call me back as if they care. Shame poor staff are thrown under the bus because no one at head office gives a ****. I worked in call centers too.. This case is hanging in an expired queue .
