Mtn massive debit order

Double debit order , wife had double the normal amount taken out of her account , no reason this should happen as our contracts don’t allow for us to go over our normal usage , this is something we made sure of a few years back due to a massive bill we got in the past want them balance payed back in to my wife’s account
