MtN Marketing SMS's driving me crazy.

Sent STOP to MTN sms marketing 23 times and I continue receiving unsolicited marketing messages. As far as I know this is contrary to POPI act. MTN is either pathetic at managing their marketing systems or don't give a ****. I'm changing to a new provider just to escape MTN's relentless marketing vomit.
