MTN Maponya Mall Bad service

on the 2nd of April i went to Maponya Mall MTN shop to do a sim upgrade of which I told it will be a Sim Swap, I was in a que for at least an hour 30min. We did not sign a register to enter the lady did not even bother to sanitize she was on her phone the whole time never stood up to help us or ask any questions on why we are there .After the whole line following till my turn the gentlemen who i went to immediately when I approached had no welcoming smile for assistance, I asked if I can then do a Sim swap in order to upgrade my current Sim, he then immediately answered its gonna be R50, he had no name tag and I then told him that I have the Sim its in use its just that its outdated he then rep**** arrogantly to say Ja doesn't matter your issue its still gonna be R50 I then asked since when he said abruptly Last year .

What a dismissal He then immediate said next, Horrible to wait so long then be confronted by such poor service, I then peeled the sim cover of the one I went to buy at PEP Cell since the Lady at PEP advised that you can do this on your own just follow instructions from the Sim packet, al this I could have got from MTN
