MTN Maponya - Bad customer service (Nalati Hlongwane)

I went to MTN (Maponya Mall) and a consultant by the name Nalati Hlongwane refused to assist me, making excuses that the branch does not offer the particular service I seeked. The lady gave me a filthy attitude leaving me by the counter for a couple of minutes. I then decided to approach a different consultant and with no hesitation my matter was solved.

This lady really got me furious. MTN Maponya Mall, please address this ladies filthy conduct and apply disciplinary action where necessary. 💔
