MTN MANAGING DIRECTOR PLEASE CALL ME

Can the Managing Director of MTN please contact me. I have had an issue with a contract number since October 2024. Can make calls, not receive calls. Data not active. I have been to 2 MTN Stores (Cradlestone and Centurion) where the assistance at times has been shocking (been told to come back later I am going on lunch) and the issue remains on the data. Calls was resolved after constant store visits and becoming a nuisance to the staff with my complaining. Today, 28/03/2025 I am at my end. So please Mr. MD, Please call me and help resolve this matter. Paying and not getting a service is one thing, but paying and not getting value for my money is absolutely unacceptable.
