MTN managers are lazy and should ALL be replaced. I think their frinds and family got them the gig because ALL those managers are ABSOLUTE SH*T!

Wish I could give it Zero stars in all honesty. I've been calling MTN every month since September 2024 its now almost April 2025. My request? To speak to a manager. Simple right? Wrong. Every time Im told theres no managers available and one of them would call me back. I have contacted them more than once a month to follow up and still nothing. MTN is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not even sure if they have managers to be honest because NEVER IN MY LIFE have I spoken to one. Its a f*cking myth. Empty promises and bullsh*it excuses. Poorly trained staff who cant follow simple instructions. After this contract is done Im never going to deal with MTN ever again in my life. I will be telling friends, family, my kids and anyone I come into contact with not to opt for MTN as they are a f*cking Micky mouse operation run by ret*ards. I f*ucking HATE MTN with every fiber of my being. Fire burn them and all their employees also...
