MTN Management is absolute sh*t, employees are dumb because of sh*t management

What the Hell is going on at MTN?? It's pathetic that such a major company can conduct itself in such a sh*t manner. That entire board needs to be replaced because clearly they dont give a sh*t about their customers. Every time I call you people I have to wait 25 minutes +. Now, the issue. I pay you f*ck heads R1,211.38 every month. I missed a payment because you people did something or another to my account. I asked whats the way forward, you apologized and said okay for the next 4 months your new bill will be R1494. I said Okay, paid you, you acknowledge. Next day I get an email stating I must pay another R850 ontop of that, today I get a message saying "Y'ello! You've agreed to pay R 7191.2 for 4 MONTH from 06/12 to get your MTN account up to date." Are you people stupid or do you just work for idiots. Im actually fed up and thinking of getting my lawyers involved. I'm going to sue you for this emotional stress, for the time I've had to take off work just to contact you people, the time I will be taking off from work for court fighting this bullsh*t and lets not forget my legal fees. Im with Law For All so you can imagine how costly that will be. To prevent that I suggest you get a manager to call me, LIKE YOUR "CHAMPIONS" HAVE PROMISED AND AS PER MY MANY EMAILS REQUESTING A MANAGER TO CALL ME.
