MTN Mampara Network Arrogant lack of response /action!

I ported my number from Cell C to MTN due to the former poor network reception in my area, thus I GREATLY REGRET my decision. Within the first week MTN started giving me problems as two of my All-net voice bundle disappeared. I have complained since last Tuesday 11 May 2021 and made numerous calls for follow up on the complain but MTN does not want to provide any feedback and have not received any response from them though each time they promise a supervisor will contact me. During my time with Cell C I never experienced such very pathetic service and I have an 18 months old Vodacom Data only Contract SIM which never gave me any problems(pity it's voice calls are expensive due to the package plan). MTN must stop using the "Bozza network" slogan and adopt a new slogan "MAMPARA NETWORK" Moreover, due to my terrible experience I will not advise anyone to join MTN, finish and klaar!
