MTN Malvern Park

I went to MTN Malvern Park branch and got a contract which came with 2 honor 400 cell phone and they also came with 2 R500 vouchers of which we requested 2 screen covers this was over 4-5 weeks ago now. Every time I go in and ask for it I keep getting excuses. This is now unacceptable. Why offer something and I cannot get it and why do I keep getting excuses.
