MTN Mall of the South, very bad experience

What a bad experience I had with MTN Mall of the South. On the 13th May I upgraded my contract, took a Samsung S22 deal that goes with the LTE watch. Since then they have been failing to activate the eSim, if they do the watch works and the phone loose connection, vise versa. They have logged calls with their support and the calls come back closed as resolved. Saturday, 21st I was at the store almost the whole day, issue was not resolved. Their manager made a commitment to have it resolved by Monday, 23rd. Today it's Tuesday, 24th and issue is still not resolved, been at the store for more then 4hrs and am very frustrated, the stores are even closing. Seems they have no regard for customers, when I suggest they take their devices they say am going to be charged a cancellation or for the devices. This is not fair that I must be incovenienced, while MTN continues as normal. Customers are just trumpped as ants with no voice...

And to add salt to the wound, I sat in the store yesterday from 14H00 till 19H00 without issue being resolved. All the time when I asked to speak to the manager, they say he is busy on the conference call. This is the same guy I spoke with Saturday who assured me that by Monday issue will be resolved or I can cancel contract. All the time his busy on the call, he cannot even talk to me as a customer. At 18H55, the store supervisor tells me they knocking off and I must also go. We argue, and then she says if I want to hand over the devices I can do that, else I must leave and give them another week to resolve it. I was fed-up and on the spot gave the devices to her, while she's busy with the process, her manager calls to ask her if I brought the gift bag that they gave me when upgrading the contract. I spent close to 5hrs in the store waiting for my issue to be resolved and when I have reached boiling point, the manager calls to check on a gift back instead of checking on the customer's needs? When I asked to speak to him he was not available, but now he is available to check if his gift bag has been brought back? Wow....
