MTN Mall of the North

On Sunday 2021/09/06 i got the worst service possible at MTN Mall of the North we came in the store to take out 2 contracts as we walked in the lady at the door was playing on her phone did not greet us or anything one sales guy was on his phone busy with earphones on we asked the other sales lady for help she referred us to the guy with the earphones. Not very eager to help us my mom came in the store who is 63 years old and sit on a square bench then the lady that was at the door on the phone came back from somewhere and asked my mom to stand up because she wants to sit. i just there decided to leave the store and the contracts. I went to CELL C and got the best service by far.
