Mtn, Mall of Africa. Nhlanhla deserves a trophy.

On the 16th August 2021. I went to Mtn, Mall of Africa opposite Pick n Pay clothing. The guy by the name of Mpho was just arrogant with me and did not want to help me saying I need to call the 135 number even when I had told him that I'm not an Mtn subscriber but I have a contract with them and needed assistance to change my plan with them. Utter nonsense guy.

Fast forward, When I called in later, an angel by the name of Nhlanhla Masango working at the very same shop helped me very promptly and I managed to go back to the shop and change my plan and got what I wanted. she was so amazing with her service and always was patient and sincere. She deserves a trophy.

As for the other guy hey, he doesn't even deserve mentioning.
