MTN MALL OF AFRICA IS HORRIBLE.

MTN MALL OF AFRICA is the reason I never ever want to be an MTN customer ever again. People have been complaining for years but Management clearly doesn't care. You wait over an hour to be assisted and the staff is ***********, rude, giggling amongst themselves and completely unbothered. I've had to take time off work and go to the store twice and it has been 7 months and they still haven't fixed my issue. Oh and good luck getting them to answer their phone! I'm not typically a complainer, I have proof of texts/calls patiently begging them to do their jobs. This is the worst customer service I've witnessed in a long time. Trust me, take your money and go elsewhere. Don't walk, RUN!!
