MTN MALL OF AFRICA

Good day

I am lodging a formal complaint against MTN Mall of Africa.

I have been going back and forth with MTN in regards of a ***** case which I have no knowledge about. All the documents were submitted through to MTN and I was advised that the matter has been resolved on their end.

I am trying to apply for a car for the benefit of my children and family and I am unable to apply due to the ***** case still reflecting under my name.

Kindly assist to get the matter resolved as soon as possible.
