MTN Mall of Africa disgusting service

We app**** for a phone on the black friday deal at the MTN shop in Mall of Africa. We were porting a number from Vodacom. We had problems from the minute we started. The staff there are most unhelpful. The deal was declined much to our surprise and we were asked to get a copy of our credit score which is very high. I'm disgusted with the service received. I will rather pay an extra R800 pm which was approved within seconds from Vodacom.
