MTN Mall Heidelberg Shocking Bad service

The are no contact no on the internet Purchased a router on 30/8/2019 worked for 5 days. Took it to the MTN store in Heidelberg mall on 4/9/2019. Was told by Lauren that stock will arrive the afternoon of 4/9/2019 and she will phone me. Still waiting for her call at 17h26. Can’t find the MTN phone number on the website. I’m really disappointed with their service. It’s shocking. There were other issues as well. I’m taking this matter up with Hellopeter. Henry Botha ***
