MTN Mall@Reds - thank you for going the extra mile!

(MTN Store - Mall@Reds) After losing a phone to sudden hardware failure in the afternoon, replacing it at another store but thereafter requiring a sim swap (including Rica), battling to print proof of residence, etc. etc.... the staff at MTN Mall@Reds went out of their way, with the utmost patience, to assist me getting back online and connected. Staff and stores like this are few and far between, I must have been in and out of their store for about 2 hours and the only "sale" they made out of me was a sim swap - but this did not prevent them from being friendly and helpful. 5 stars well deserved!
