MTN Mall at Carnival near clicks . The worst

Poor and incompetency at MTN mall at Carnival. I was the on the 27th of March 2024. I have two routers 1 pocket 1 uncapped. The uncapped one as 2 months in arrears and the other was just 1 month. I asked if i can make a payment arrangement on the 2 months 1 and get reconnected. Motlalepule advised tgat it is possible to recon and pay half. When i got home it was still off. I call she told me to reset. I did so and still. I called back and was told she is busy and will call back. No call back received. I called mtn and was told she did not reconnect anaything and need to pay full amount before. I called her and she told me i must pay in full. What a wow. Had she told me that it need a full amount I would have paid the pocket router. She tells me the other agent blocked it. I went to mtn sandton they told me no agent can do that. The system is able to soft lock not an agent. When you call them, they dnt have phone etiquette, he will pick up the phone while still talking to some1 before saying hello. They need soft skills
