MTN malfunctioning phones

I have had my phone for less then 2 months and its started malfunctioning. MTN has told me there is nothing they can do and i need to pay for it to be looked at. This is a new cell phone, and i feel they gave it to me with this problem. Know i have to pay to get it fixed. I should have stayed with Vodacom
