MTN making Sim swap ***** a walk in the park for ********!!!

I'm absolutely shocked, I was a victim of Sim swap *****. My number was ported from CL c to MTN with zero consent or verification from me. MTN has been found wanting countless times when it comes to this weak porting process, I demand you reverse this. I tried calling your useless customer care line that cuts off midway through the voice prompts. I'm absolutely appalled by this carelessness!!!
