Mtn making money disappear

<p>Anyone else struggling to understand how mtn data and airtime just amazingly disappear? Jip. I just had R10 disappear in 5 minutes without using my phone and more than 50mb disappear. And yes my internet was switched off. Mtn has ****** / magically let disappear about R500 worth of airtime from me so far and close to almost 8Gb of data. So all together with their absurd rates it's more than R1000. So, MTN, why are you *****ing my money? *****ing from customers to pay your fines? Just asking, not accusing... Would be great if you can now give me my money back that you wrongfully and *******ly took from me. </p>
