MTN MAKING ME GIVE BIRTH 7 MONTHS AND COUNTING

7 months and Counting and NOW my Account is in LEGAL STATUS DUE TO THEIR FK UP yes they cause the mess NOW MY NAME AND CREDIBILITY is BEING QUESTIONED.

ON THE 19.05.18 a call center agent took out an account cell number ********** .

i have sent all the documents (ID, POLICE FORMS, ETC ETC) to MTN call center called them numeric times which no managers or supervisor is ever available mite i add and nothing.

I called HEAD OFFICE JHB the only "person working there" is a receptionist and that is it no one else. i called the legal dept they dont answer. I called the ***** Dept they dont answer and they cant put me through either rather send a mail they say which i did NOTHING.

I GO INTO A MTN STORE DO EVERYTHING THERE AND WAIT FOR IT NOTHING HAPPENS EITHER. GO BACK ALL I GET IS I WILL ESCALATE IT AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW FK ALL HAPPENS YES NOTHING 7 MONTHS NOW !!

I SENT MESSAGES ON HELLO PETER and i get a response BUT WAIT FOR IT WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT AFTER I EXPLAIN IT AGAIN AND THINK WOW JUST MAYBE ? NOTHING, NOTHING IS HAPPENING NOTHING HAS CHANGED NO ONE CAN GIVE ANSWERS , NO ONE CAN TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

I like a fool GO BACK every now and again with a call here and there AND WHAT HAS HAPPENED nothing absolutely nothing oh i lie they suspend the line does that change my account does it come off my account NOOOOOOOO still NOTHING.

the saying is true doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is stupidity SO I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME AND TAKE OUT 6 LEGIT CONTRACTS and then only to be *****ed over by MNT thinking your a loyal client when they do something wrong. you want loyalty get a dog rather.

DO NOT SUPPORT MTN cause they dont care about you go where they care. I am riding out my 6 Legit contracts till 2019 and then they can go to hell and that line ********** will probably still be there and then they can sort it out in their own time cause then i dont have sht to do with them.

PS: lets see what happens after this complaint is published i feel sorry for the 1 person that does respond but clearly cant fix the problems... MTN needs to fix customer service and then just maybe they will keep clients and not lose them to the other players.
