MTN, Making lives a whole lot brighter with anger and *******!

I took a contact out with a laptop, I got a wifi modem that was said to be free but I am being charged monthly for it. MTN is ********* in their business practice and they refuse to resolve a problem, I need to email, then go to the store, then at the store, log a request, then back to the contact centre, back to the store... All a runaround.

I lost respect for MTN, 135 does not work, you email and no one replies, on Twitter, someone at least replies but cant really help.
