MTN making it happen! My foot! Useless to the core

MTN useless! They suspended my number on the 16th May, received an sms on the 16th May at 8:27am to say they have activated sms roaming. Now I have not been able to receive ,make calls , send and receive sms ever since! I have been calling them and they are failing to sort out the issue! I’m so ****ed off! They have a slogan that says “ MTN making it happen” what is it that they are making happen when they go around suspending prepaid numbers without a customer’s consent? Calling their Agents “Service champions “ what service champions when they have all failed to undo what they did🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! Now I’m calling back and forth and no one has the decency to call me back and advise what the hell is going on. I have already called twice this morning already! Still not being assisted! I’m not getting important sms like banking OTP’s and work OTPs! MYN you are a joke and I hate you
