MTN - Making it difficult to do business!!!

Been with MTN since the beginning as I believed brand loyalty was important... Well loyalty is something of the past as MTN has become more than useless. Anyone tried to renew a contract... Bet you were told you dont have credit. Tried to get them to change an email address... simply told can help as your domain is blocked (a registered certified domain). Finally renew my contract and they say the new packages dont have SMS's which was not an issue yet I am being charged for 500 SMS's which I dont receive and dont want and guess what I get told... I cant change it as I dont have credit... They are charging me and I want my refund but they give me the same pathetic excuse... MTN - Your service is shocking!!!
