MTN making empty promises - worst service ever

To Fererika kgope from MTN. You are gving MTN a very bad name. We logged a upgrade with you *** on the 13th Jan 2021.we havent had any update since and when I came through to the retenchment department now 5 mimutes ago, your colluege advised me that you never processed our Order. Nowonder DVS has been tellimg me whole week they dont pick up anything. MTN should not make promises thet wont and cant keep!! This is outmost pathetic!! Today will be the the 9th day and on the 13th I was told after it has been approved that it will take 3 to 5 days, then 5 tot 7 days.. We are going for 10 days straight now and absolutely no feedback given!
