Mtn makhado crossing *******

Went to upgrade yesterday at the makhado crossing mall mtn shop ( limpopo louis trichardt)

Got the sms a month back ..eligiable for uprade.. if i pay the early upgrade fee... waited a month longer only to find out the fee is the same...

Paid the upgrade fee , then the poor serice and zero knowledge started...

First they wanted to bill me R580 pm for a contrat the is cleary stated R400 pm on the cattalouge i had to show them on there own pamflettes where the deals were,

2nd they did not want to give me the bigger watch for the the price ..again cleary stated on the add.

3rd , they tried to trick me out of the .free item i am supposed to get with the phone by telling me ..i have to buy the phone cash to get the free item.. again that was on the addverti*****t

I had to phone another mtn store to confirm this and they told me know, i must get the free item it doesnt matter if i ... get n new contract ,upgrade or buy cash i must get the free item , and again they changed to story to ..i must be only certain shops , but i told them then why have the same pamflettes then...

In the end they told me ..oky i can get the free charger but they dont have any stock....
