Mtn makes payment arrangements but suspend you anyway

Horrible horrible horrible, due to my current financial status, I made payment terms which was accepted by an mtn advisor with no issues,, few hours later I get suspended, the credit controller was not in a good mood my service provider tells me.

Cannot get through to credit controller, sat on the phone for hours today to get this resolved but no help. So my life is now on hold because the credit controller is in a mood... Really. I have been a legacy client of ten years. Part of our business is feeding the less fortunate daily and our lines are important, I made proper arrang ments as funds always come in late and now you cannot do anything as the credit controller does not take calls.
