MTN makes NO effort whatsoever to assist customer
I started out trying to do an upgrade and got nowhere.
Went online, singed up and app**** there. Also got nowhere.
Phoned 808 again. After half a day wasted, and brain damage from listening to hours of that horrible, distorted, half broken mtn jingle on the speaker, I got an operator.
At the very last stage of doing the upgrade, operator informed that she couldn't help, but would have someone from \corporate"call me to complete.
NOBODY ever called back - Typical MTN style.
Days later I got hold of 809 and they processed an upgrade"
