MTN makes it impossible to upgrade my contract!

I've been trying to upgrade my contract for 3 weeks now. The online process doesn't work, the call centre (083 135) tries to transfer me to another dept despite my protests that the calls just cut and I've even resorted to sending emails that just gets ignored!
