MTN makes it impossible to close account

I am trying to get a quotation to cancel my contracts. It’s like pulling teeth. Shop can’t help, call center transfers me and then I wait on the line for over 30 minutes not speaking to anyone. Ridiculous service. Make it as easy to close an account as it is to open one
