MTN MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT WITH THEM

MTN has the worst and very oppressive service i have ever experienced. Even after paying off the settlement fee for a phone that they blocked and continued to bill me for a fault they made on their end MTN still wont cancel my contract with them.

I have even involved their complaints department where BRIAN TSHABALALA attended to me without any helpful resolution. The agent had since been quiet even after i sent them the email trail that shows that MTN is making it impossible for me to exit my contract and needs to fix my phone which they blocked while i.was out of the country and continued to pay for it.

PLEASE HELP REFER ME TO EVEN LAWYERS OR A PROFESSIONAL BODY WITH JURISDICTION OVER MTN BECAUSE I AM EXHAUSTED FROM TRYING TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT.
