Mtn makes a mistake and now threatens me!

Im being threatened by MTN to shut down my services after i migrated to prepaid all of a sudden an amount is due from 5 years ago on insurance after i upgraded and cancelled the insurance on that device now all of a sudden when i migrated to prepaid they want money again really useless
