MTN make promise receiving free Airtime
I Buy a new cell phone Load MTN Sim card and receive sms message if you recharge with R30 you today you will received R60 and 100mb of data. I loaded the R30 via FNB after 3 phone call to the champions at the call centre no joy jet. Every call I made I must try different option like switch of phone the system will reset the I will receive the airtime etc. I requested the supervisor must call they promise he/she will call me no joy. The latest now I must go to a MTN Agent for the assist because the one Champion I spoke last to MXOLISI don't see the Sms but the other champion know about the sms. Even saying problem is with FNB. Thus I would like MTN not to promised service they can't provide this is a lot of trouble for a extra R30 airtime and extra 100mb data.
