MTN make it impossible to cancel contracts

I requested a contract cancellation last year October. I was given the run around until the 9th of November where I finally got the email to cancel. However MTN still debited money from my account in December and January.

I have called in multiple times and sent emails to the complaints department but MTN has either been unresponsive or ********* in their interactions with me.

Whatever you do, never take a contract with MTN. You will regret it
