MTN mail - YOU CANNOT EVEN GET INTO IT!! LOGIN FAILS
<p>Yet another issue with MTN mail. I and several colleagues cannot get into out mtnmail. It brings up the pasword login and the just advises that login has failed. This has gone on for two days now. </p> <p>If MTN want to provide mail services to its subscribers then it should always ensure that the service is working. </p> <p>PLEASE can someone address and confirm when this is fixed </p>

Dear Angela. Thank you for your response. It has now been fixed BUT it has taken me 3 mails to MTN and this post for MTN to do something. I did not have to phone your technical department as it suddenly came right! So clearly there was something wrong and it had nothing to do with my computer etc... and if MTN were constantly monitoring that your mail system was working you would have rectified it immediately and not have to have people like me pulling my hair out and using all channels to get some action. I still hold that if MTN is going to offer a mail service - then they must maintain it properly. MTN's history is that it doesn't and given the amount of issues I have experienced am going to have to transfer to another mail system at some stage as the inconvenience when there are issues is too great.
