MTN Macbook Contracts

MTN currently has a Macbook Air M1 2020 being advertised but they have no stock anywhere of it but they approve the deal and where they have stock they can't release the device because the routers that come with the deal are outdated, so there is a device but you can't get it because the router is outdated and they dont have stock worse nobody knows when they will have stock. How does all of this work someone please fill me in because I'm at my wits end
