MTN *********ly put me on credit bureau

MTN has put me on credit bureau without me having any account with them. They promised to sort the matter out but it's been TWO months now and I am unable to buy a home for my children. They keep complaining that their old system is hard to modify cause they currently have a new system. Please help me expose them so that my matter is resolved and I would be able to provide shelter as we are now stranded. We lost the house we were in the process of buying because of MTN
