MTN LTE/ZTE Routers

My LTE/ZTE router keeps getting blocked every 20 minutes or so. Some call center agents are aware of the problem, while others are not. I have to call in every time my internet stops working, so they can unblock my account.

MTN, please be proactive and inform all your call center agents about this issue and instead of clients having to call in each time their account is blocked, start monitoring these accounts and unblock them as soon as they are automatically blocked due to an error on your end.
