MTN LTE uncapped R299

We app**** for an LTE product (uncapped R299 pm) a year ago and paid for a month in advance + the current month. After not receiving the router as promised we followed up only to be told the product is no longer available. A year down the road and umpteen phone calls and emails later we still have not received a refund
