MTN LTE tower constantly and consistently offline and not working

MTN LTE; tower is constantly not working. Poeple 20km away have same issue. Internet disconnecting every 5min after coming online. Tower tech needs to be fired!!! Unable to work for 4 weeks. The last week has been the worst especially. Lost income for the last week an many clients. MTN says that technicians are working on it and they are doing all that that can. If they did all that they could, they would send the pros from Joburg to fix the problem ASAP!!!

And another thing; every time the power goes out, the tower goes out as well. We have no means to contact ANYONE, once the power goes out, and something were to happen. The batteries probably get ******, but why can't they just replace the batteries and beef up the security of the tower perimiter to make it more secure?
