MTN LTE service refund

After multiple calls and mails you just dont receive feedback. Was just transferred from one person and department to another. Ordered a month to month LTE device they declined the service after I paid R400 and now when I request a refund they just dont get back. Sending mails daily still no respons. Waited for 2 months after multiple calls to get any feedback after which they said it was not approved after receiving sms on the day of order that it is approved and delivery service will call.
