MTN LTE package being discontinued

I have never come across a company that can’t answer simple related question regarding a email they send us to indicate our legacy package is obsolete.

5 visits to stores, 8hrs on the phone and 12days later and still no one can answer or advise what the packages we were emailed are. They just don’t seem to exist.

So we get an email to say our broadband business LTE is discontinued and we need to select fro 3 packages that they email us. Well to date we still can’t select as no one can find these packages on there systems, we give them the mail and O no that’s retentions. You phone retentions O no there is no such thing. ***

I SUGEST MTN PULLS THERE FINGER OUT AND DOES SOMETHING
