MTN LTE no service and Support

Worst LTE service and business support. Since Feb 2022 we have been struggling with regular LTE drops. Eventually in November 2022 our complaint got escalated to coverage. After various calls to and promisesfrom coverage we have now reached the point where we are lucky if we get a download speed of 38kbs. We cannot conduct bussines with this poor connectivity. And MTN simply does not care to resolve the poor LTE service in the Boksburg East Industrial area. No one cals back ever. Maybe its time to log a complaint with ICASA or some agency that can get a response out non responsive MTN.
