MTN LTE - no connection

For the last two weks our area"s LTD Router connection is being switch off from 16:30 untill 6:30 the next morning. Totally un acceptable as we live on a farm an need to be able to get hold of emergency services and run a business. Will definitely not recommend MTN. The worst is that their is a MTN tower on the property at tge security gate with 24 hour guards.
