MTN LTE Home Internet Bundle (month-to-month)

I bought a Home Internet Bundle (LTE), month-to-month package, as I didn't want any issues with contracts. Big mistake, cause even though the website clearly states that you should be up and running within 24 hours after having supp**** your RICA documents to the delivery driver, this has NOT been the case. Keep in mind that I've already been charged for the remainder of this month, and according to one of the MTN shops around here, I now have to go to another MTN shop with the router and even more RICA documents so they can ACTUALLY RICA it. And this, after having spent days trying to find some or other contact number for any technical help, only to be inundated with countless voice-prompt menu selections, of which NONE actually get you through to any actual person. SO guess what MTN, I will be cancelling this new purchase, and if you want to collect your router, you know where I live
